Overview

This page explains what information this website (the BitzStack marketing and purchase site) collects when you browse it, purchase BitzStack Pro, download the free Community edition, or contact us. It does not cover data processed inside a BitzStack installation that you deploy on your own server — once you self-host BitzStack, you control that installation and its data entirely.

Information We Collect

Contact / enquiry form: your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number (optional), company name (optional), the service you're enquiring about, and your message. Used only to respond to your enquiry.
Pro checkout: the full name, email address, mobile number, and company name (optional) you enter to start a purchase, used to create your order record and identify you as the buyer.
Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank account details — they are entered directly into Razorpay's own secure checkout. After payment, Razorpay returns a payment ID and a signature, which our server verifies directly against Razorpay's API before confirming your order. We keep a record of the payment method type (e.g. card, UPI) and status reported to us by Razorpay for our own order records.
Secure download access: after a verified Pro purchase, we generate a temporary, randomly generated download token tied to your order. Only a one-way (SHA-256) hash of that token is stored on our server — the link itself is shown to you once and is not permanently stored anywhere.
Free Community download: when you use the free download link, we record a one-way (SHA-256) hashed version of your IP address, the page that referred you, and the time of the download, so we can measure basic download counts. We do not store your IP address in plain, readable form.
Admin session: if you are the site owner logging into the private admin dashboard, a secure, HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in.

Cookies

This website uses only the session cookie needed for it to function — to keep the site owner signed into the admin dashboard, and, briefly, to relay a freshly generated secure download link back to you right after a successful payment. We do not use advertising cookies, and no third-party analytics or tracking scripts (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel) are installed on this website.

How We Use Your Information

To process your BitzStack Pro purchase: create your order, verify payment, and issue your secure download link.
To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
To keep basic order and enquiry records in our own admin dashboard, so we can support you if you contact us about a past purchase or enquiry.

Third-Party Sharing

We share the payment details necessary to process your transaction with Razorpay, our payment processor, subject to Razorpay's own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with any other third party for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

Order, payment, and enquiry records are kept as part of our normal business records. Secure download tokens automatically expire after a short window and can only be used a limited number of times, after which they stop working on their own.

Your Rights

You can use the contact form at any time to ask what information we hold about your order or enquiry, or to request that it be corrected or deleted, subject to anything we're required to keep for accounting, tax, or other legal purposes.
