Digital Delivery

BitzStack Pro is a digital, source-code software product delivered electronically via a secure download link, immediately after your payment is verified. Because of this, and in line with standard practice for digital goods, purchases are generally non-refundable once your secure download link has been issued.

Before You Buy

We encourage you to review the features and pricing on this website carefully, and to reach out through the contact form with any questions about whether BitzStack fits your requirement, before completing your purchase.

Failed or Incomplete Delivery

If your payment was completed but you did not receive a working secure download link — for example, if your link expired before you were able to use it, or a technical fault prevented delivery — contact us via the contact form with your Order ID. We will issue a fresh download link at no extra cost, or investigate and resolve the issue.

Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged in error, contact us with your Order ID and payment details and we will look into it and correct it.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any right you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded. If mandatory local law entitles you to a refund or remedy in circumstances beyond those described above, that right continues to apply.
