Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing BitzStack Pro, downloading the free Community edition, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms.

What You're Purchasing

BitzStack Pro is sold as a one-time purchase (currently ₹4999) that grants access to download the current BitzStack Pro source-code package for self-hosted deployment on infrastructure you control. There is no recurring BitzStack software subscription fee. Server, domain, database, and other infrastructure or third-party service costs are separate and remain your responsibility.

Community Edition

The free Community edition, where available for download, is provided at no charge with the reduced feature set described on the pricing section of this website. It is offered on an as-is basis, and its availability may be updated by us over time.

Payment & Order Verification

Payments for Pro are processed securely through Razorpay. Your order is confirmed only after payment is verified server-side against Razorpay's own records — never on the basis of what your browser reports alone. The price shown to you at checkout applies to your order; the price for future purchases may change and will not affect an order you've already completed.

Delivery of Your Download

After a successful, verified payment, you'll be shown a secure, time-limited download link to the Pro source package (its expiry time and usage limit are shown on-screen at the time). If your link expires before you're able to use it, contact us via the contact form with your Order ID and we'll issue a fresh one at no extra cost.

Customization & Deployment Services

Any customization, deployment, branding, or integration service listed under Services on this website is quoted separately after a technical review of your requirement (submitted via the contact form), and is not included in the one-time Pro purchase price unless we've explicitly agreed otherwise with you in writing.

Use of the Software

Your rights to install, run, and modify the BitzStack source code you purchase are described on our License page.

No Warranty

BitzStack is provided "as is." While we aim for it to work as described on this website, we do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suited to every specific business requirement. Installation guidance is provided in good faith.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the product or this website changes. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
