What an Account is

In BitzStack, an Account is what a lead becomes once it converts — not a login account. Each Account record ties together the customer, the product involved, the Employee and Manager credited with the conversion, and the resulting wallet activity, in one auditable entry.

This is different from user accounts/logins covered in User Roles — “Accounts” here always means a converted lead moving through approval, not a person's sign-in.

Account lifecycle

From an Employee or Manager's own workspace, accounts are organized as Account Link, Pending Account and Completed Account. A conversion starts as a pending account and is then reviewed before it's finalized.

A completed account carries a final status of Approved, Under Review or Rejected, alongside its own wallet status (for example Credited, Pending, or Reverted) — so you can see both whether the account itself was approved and whether the related commission was actually credited to a wallet.

Approval workflow

Accounts & Conversion includes a built-in approval workflow: account approval review is one of the responsibilities of the Finance role (alongside Admin/Founder oversight), so a converted lead doesn't credit commission automatically without review. If an account is rejected, its associated commission can be reverted rather than paid out.

How Accounts connect to other modules

An Account is the record that links everything else together: the Product sold determines the commission amounts, the Commission generated flows to the Employee and Manager's wallets, and approved wallet balances are what eventually move through Payouts.
