Finance
The Company Wallet and Company Ledger, and what the Finance role sees and controls.
What Finance covers
Finance is where money-related activity across the whole company comes together: the Company Wallet, the Company Ledger, payout batch processing, revenue reporting, account approval review, commission reconciliation and finance-only exports. BitzStack describes its own model as one ledger, from first lead to final payout — Finance is the workspace built around that ledger.
Company Wallet & Company Ledger
The Company Wallet is where company-side balances and payout activity are managed from — it's the view Finance works from to see who has a wallet ready for review, under review, or on hold, before anything moves to a payout batch.
The Company Ledger is the underlying record of that same activity over time. This documentation describes both from a user's perspective, as workspaces you use day to day — not their internal database structure.
Revenue reporting
Finance has access to company-wide revenue reporting and finance-only exports, in addition to the role-based analytics every role gets access to (see Reports for what Reports & Analytics covers generally). Admin/Founder retain full financial visibility and global reports & exports on top of what Finance sees.
Where Finance fits in the workflow
Finance reviews and approves converted Accounts, reconciles the Commission those approvals generate, and then manages the resulting balances all the way through Payouts — Payout Requests, Payout Batches and Process Payouts. See User Roles for the full Finance role description.
