The BitzStack Pro role hierarchy and what each role is meant to see and do.
Role overview
BitzStack Pro is built around role-based workspaces — each person sees exactly what their role needs, not the whole system. The core roles are Founder, Admin, COO, Manager, Employee and Finance. Your exact access depends on how permissions are configured in your installation — the descriptions below are the intended purpose of each role, not a guarantee of every permission in every build.
Founder & Admin
Founder and Admin are the owner-level roles with full system control: company & branding setup, all-role permission control, product & module management, full financial visibility, global reports & exports, and system-wide announcements. Admin can also add further Admin, Finance or COO users.
COO
COO is an additional owner-adjacent role your Admin can create, sitting alongside Admin and Finance for company-wide oversight. Exact COO permissions depend on how your installation configures the role.
Manager
A Manager oversees a team's leads, conversions and commission performance: team lead distribution oversight, an employee performance view, manager-level commission, team attendance reports, approval requests and team-scoped analytics. Managers do not receive leads directly or hold assign/send rights themselves — leads distributed to a manager's team cascade automatically to that manager's present, active employees.
Employee
An Employee works assigned leads through to conversion and tracks personal earnings: Today / Pending / Closed leads, product tracking links, a personal wallet & payout history, attendance marking, and complaint/bug reporting — all from a mobile-first workspace.
Finance
Finance owns the ledger: payout batch processing, company ledger access, revenue reporting, account approval review, commission reconciliation and finance-only exports. See Finance and Payouts for the full workflow Finance is responsible for.
Community edition note
The full multi-role hierarchy above is a Pro capability. The Community edition supports a basic team of up to 3 employees rather than the complete role system — check your Community package/documentation for its exact current scope.
