Payouts
The payout lifecycle: wallet balance, payout requests, payout batches, and processing.
Wallet balance
Every Employee and Manager has a personal wallet that accumulates approved commission as their converted Accounts are approved. Their own workspace shows this as a wallet balance alongside their payout history.
Payout Requests
On the Finance side, a wallet with a balance shows up under Payout Requests with a wallet status — for example Ready, Under Review, or Hold — and a next action. Finance moves a request from review into a Payout Batch once it's ready to be paid.
Payout Batches & Process Payout
A Payout Batch groups payout requests together for processing. From Process Payout, each entry in a batch shows the employee, amount, payment mode (for example UPI, Bank Transfer or NEFT) and the company account it's paid from, with a status such as Waiting, Processing, Successful, Pending, Failed or Retry Required.
Process Payout is where Finance tracks and updates that status as the payout moves through your own banking/payment channel — it is the accounting and workflow record of a payout, not a claim that BitzStack itself initiates or transfers bank funds automatically. Always treat the actual money movement as something your team executes through your own bank/UPI/payment provider, with BitzStack keeping the batch, status and ledger record of it.
History & records
Once a payout is marked successful, it becomes part of that wallet's payout history (visible to the Employee/Manager themselves) and part of the Company Ledger (visible to Finance/Admin) — giving both the individual and the company an auditable record of what was paid, when, and through which batch.
