What Products represent
In BitzStack, a Product represents something your team sells or processes on behalf of customers — for example a savings account, an insurance plan, or a loan product, each with its own category. BitzStack's Product module is not e-commerce/inventory management; it exists to configure what your team can be assigned to sell and how that activity is compensated.
How a product is configured
Each product is configured with a Product ID, name and category, along with the commission it generates: an Employee Commission amount, a Manager Commission amount, and the resulting Company Revenue, plus an Active/Paused status so you can retire a product without deleting its history.
How Products connect to other modules
Products are the link between a converted lead and money: when a lead becomes an Account, the product involved determines the commission the employee and manager earn from that conversion, which in turn flows into their wallets and eventual payouts.
