Lead folders & import

Leads are organized into folders (for example, by source or campaign — a Facebook batch, website-organic leads, a referral pool), each showing its own lead count. Imports are tracked in a daily import history showing the file and how many leads were imported from it. The real Leads page also has search, filters and pinning per folder.

Distribution

Distribution moves leads out of a folder to your team, in three steps: select one or more folders, choose a destination (Managers by default, or Employees directly), and choose a distribution mode — Equal Distribution or Manual Distribution — with live totals so you can see the split before confirming.

Only employees marked Present for attendance that day are eligible to receive leads; inactive/disabled accounts never receive leads. When leads are sent to a manager's team, they cascade automatically to that manager's present, active employees — managers themselves don't hold assign/send rights.

Beyond a first distribution, the workflow also supports Schedule Distribution (set a future date/time for it to run automatically), Return Leads (send leads back to the company pool), and Transfer Leads (move leads between employees or between manager teams).

From an Employee's own workspace, leads are organized as Today's Leads, Pending Leads, Previous Leads and Closed Leads, alongside their own Account Link / Pending Account views for leads they've converted.

Manager & admin review

Managers get a team-scoped view of distribution and performance — team size, leads in the pool, team attendance and per-employee assignment counts. Admins get full company-wide visibility across every folder and team.

Community edition note

Community includes basic lead import/management with up to 2 lead folders and basic manual lead assignment/tracking. The full Distribution engine described above — automatic cascade to present/active employees, Schedule/Return/Transfer — is part of Pro.
